EXPERIENCE CHINA FASHION WEEK FROM THE BACKSTAGE China Fashion Week was stablished in 1997. But it was in 2011 when this fashion show held twice a year in Beijing started to make some noise internationally thanks to the critical sponsorship of Mercedez-Benz. Nowadays, China Fashion Week claims to attract 36 domestic and international brands and institutions, with fashion shows from local and foreign designers. It has become the top fashion show in the country featuring new designs, ready-to-wear, accessories and bags. With a growing consumer class in China, China Fashion Week has the potential to become a platform where foreign brands and designers can introduce their ideas to the new and growing pool of Chinese consumers.​
