BEIJING | Through the idea of ‘cracking’, Taiwan’s knitwear queen Gioia Pan stresses the instability of the environment on her show at the China Fashion Week Autumn/Winter 2014. Natural disasters, economic depression and other recurrent upheavals upset people. Their souls are brought to such limits that human beings need to develop some sort of preservation instinct to release tensions and find inner peace.
