BEIJING | Nature is at the core of Ban Xiaoxue AW 14 collection. Organic shapes and the use of natural fabrics suggest an intimate approach to the most basic elements of the earth.
Looking back to the roots of life, Ban Xiaoxue uses deconstruction as the key of the design process. Such a regressive state of mind gives the designer the possibility to listen and feel any culture and philosophy in the world.
Ban Xiaoxue's aim is to create a sense of harmony were different aesthetics coexist. Through the forces of nature, he is able to discover the casual beauty that bridges Western and Eastern aesthetics.
